Silence is golden

Busy is awesome for business, but silence is a must for success!

One of my favorite ways to get some quiet is to stream some Dave Brubeck or John Coltrane, zone in and get focussed.

Thanks to the encouragement of my buddy Reid Priddy, I purchased the original Airpods a couple years back and when V2 was announced, I purchased them for Joanne because of how much they changed my listening experience. Whether I’m reviewing a video that I’m sending off to client, jumping on a conference call from across the globe or just jamming to some music in my own world, my Airpods are always at arms length.

Just recently Apple decided to silently unveil their new Airpod Pro and I got ridiculously excited.  One of the things the original Airpods lacked was sound quality and noise cancelation which Apple snuck into their new Pro model.

I really didn’t think that I’d be purchasing them so soon, but with my original Airpods dying a quick death and a glance at Jeremy Snell‘s recent Instagram Story, I knew I needed them.  Long flights and train rides are going to be so much more enjoyable with these new additions to “the kit.”
